Are you struggling to get out of bed now that there is a closure in almost everyone? There is a positive side to the current situation. Get motivated to work hard during the day to be more active and enjoy life indoors. This article shows how.
Here is a set of tips for spending the day:
First thing in the morning, make your bed.
Then wash and meditate or pray. Pray for your family, city, country and the world.
Recite sacred verses from the Holy Book relevant to the current situation so that you feel peace in your heart.
Then check your email box. Answer one or two or just continue. Maintain an email account only to receive positive and optimistic self-help content.
Check the content of social networks. Like any flashy post you find, and post your own ideas so that others will be drawn to your post.
Have breakfast. Bread and jam and a glass of orange juice are quite good. But you may have your own preferred options.
Then make time to read. I like to read Sidney Sheldon’s novels and self-help e-books, which keep me busy for two hours or more.
Then clean up a little. Sweep floors and mop accordingly making your environment spotless.
Water your plants in tubs or gardens and enjoy some sun.
Take your clothes.
Clean the surfaces of tables, chairs, vanities, sinks, cabinets, washing machines and any surfaces you can find. Get rid of all germs this way.
If you have children and a husband, share with them, having breakfast.
Ask your husband to play with your children for a while as she begins to cook for them.
Share a delicious homemade lunch with the family.
Ask your husband to finish cleaning the table and dishes while leaving the children to nap.
You and your husband can watch an adult movie while your children sleep.
Start making snacks in the late afternoon, such as French toast, cereal, potato chips, etc., that your children would like after waking up.
Read children’s storybooks to them and play making paper and clay crafts.
Sit back with your school lessons and do some home schooling.
Let them draw and color on sheets of paper and keep them busy while you and your husband work from home.
Prepare dinner with your husband’s help and sit down together and enjoy the dishes. Clean the dishes and ask your husband to read bedtime stories to your children, gradually letting them sleep.
So it was a productive day in its own way, staying home. Take time to take care of yourself before retiring to bed.
In summary, the tips above show how you can motivate yourself to be more active and productive throughout the day, rather than lying down doing nothing, taking no responsibility. You must also be an example to your family, your neighborhood and the community so that together we can overcome the deadly situation of the present times.
